MyGoGear stands behind the quality of our Collection and values the happiness of our customers.
Please email us if you are not happy with MyGoGear and will do our best to work something out.
If you are not completely happy with your new MyGoGear purchase, please send it back to us within 15 days for a refund minus 50% restocking fee.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your order within the first 15 days of receiving your product, simply return it to us in it’s original condition and we will gladly accept it for a return or exchange. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please include the purchaser’s name and order number with your returned or exchanged product. We suggest using a shipping service with a tracking number.
If you received your item as a gift, please include any information you have - the order number, the name or email of the person who ordered the gift, etc - and we will make sure you are taken care of.
Due to variations in monitor/screen settings and the wide variation in material, images on the MyGoGear website may not perfectly match the actual products shipped. Color/material dissatisfaction is not a valid reason for refunds or exchanges.
Domestic Returns and Exchanges
Please note that domestic customers are responsible for the cost of all shipping returned or exchanged items to MyGoGear.
Warranty
Please note that general wear and tear, including but not limited to, the breakdown of materials or colors over time, is not considered a material or manufacturing defect and is therefore not covered by the Warranty. All our products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for one month from the day they ship.
Warranty is valid only with the order number and matching email address. The purchase of any MyGoGear product via a third party vendor (e.g. eBay, Amazon) will not under any circumstance be covered by our Warranty Policy.
